⏱ Ride Duration

Rides are generally booked in 30 minute sessions, allowing approximately 20-25 minutes of ride time.

Shorter rides are absolutely fine — our volunteers are flexible. Rides are currently offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturdays, 9:30am to 12pm.

💛 Cost

Rides are provided free of charge.

While there is no cost to ride, donations are welcome and help us continue offering free rides in our community.

🌦 Weather Policy

If weather conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, strong winds, extreme heat), rides will be postponed.

Passengers will be notified via email or text message.

🚲 Companion Guidelines
To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask that all passengers be accompanied by a carer, friend, or family member. A single companion is welcome to support multiple passengers—and they can even ride alongside us on their own bike!
